Intensive two spots open/ Cohorts open

Two slots open for our November Intensive / Foundations Cohort Registration is Still Open!

November Intensive Openings

We recently had two slots open up for our previously full November intensive. If you would like to come to Colorado and experience our Capable Life tools for 5 days, submit your inquiry here. Our founders Steve and Lisa Cuss, along with Jimmy Carnes and two of our local coaches will work with you over 5 days to learn the core tools of Capable Life and also the deeper tools such as verbatims and genograms. Our intensive alumni use superlative language to describe their experience. We’d love for you to join!

Foundations Cohorts are open for registration until Sunday, September 22nd!

There's still room in our Foundations cohorts, but sign up soon as they begin next week! Capable Life is best experienced together, so this is a great opportunity to learn Capable Life tools and process your learning with fellow peers and a coach.

You must be an Access Pass member to register for a cohort. These cohorts would typically cost hundreds of dollars but are included in the Capable Life Access Pass. If you are an Access Pass holder, register here. Otherwise, you can join Capable Life then come back to this page to register.

The Foundations cohorts are identical, but two times are provided to accommodate our global members.

  • Mondays at 9:30-10:30am, MDT from 9/23-10/14 with Renae Loring
  • Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30pm, MDT from 9/25-10/16 with Ryan Berg

During the course of the cohort, you'll watch brief 8-12 minute videos on your own and join 4 weekly Zooms to process your learning together. Through this cohort, you'll learn that managing anxiety is less about “trying harder” and more about slowing down and deepening awareness of:

  • How anxiety shows up in your mind and body
  • Understanding different types of anxiety and their impact
  • Noticing recurring patterns in yourself
  • Broadening your connection with God and others while narrowing the grip of anxiety
  •
