A Deeper Dive Into Helping Others

A Deeper Dive Into Helping Others

The Capable Life Helping Others Intensive is designed for people who regularly sit with others in difficult moments—leaders, coaches, pastors, counselors, managers, and facilitators who want to grow in the craft of helping people change.

Over five days, participants explore what’s really happening beneath the surface of difficult conversations: why people resist change, how protective patterns show up, and what creates the safety needed for honest reflection and growth.

Rather than focusing only on personal insight, this intensive offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Capable Life trainers and coaches help others slow down, examine assumptions, and move toward meaningful transformation.

Participants will practice skills such as:

  • Creating environments that disarm anxiety and defensiveness
  • Leading healthy, growth-oriented cohorts
  • Facilitating powerful tools like genograms and verbatims
  • Recognizing relational and nervous system dynamics in real time

The intensive is highly interactive and built around learning by doing. Each participant will both present and facilitate exercises alongside experienced trainers in a small cohort setting.

If you regularly help people navigate conflict, stuck patterns, leadership pressure, or emotional complexity, this intensive is designed to strengthen both your presence and your practice.

The Helping Others Intensive takes place August 17–21. If this work resonates with you, we’d love to have you join us. Click here for more information.
