Jimmy Carnes is a coach, consultant, and public speaker with Capable Life and has been building teams, training up leaders, and creating sustainable systems in the context of a local church for over 14 years. Through Capable Life, he uses his training in Systems Theory and the Enneagram to help leaders all over the world become more relaxed and effective. He has a passion for helping people notice and name the things that get in the way of experiencing the peace and freedom that Jesus offers and is skilled in helping people identify and resolve stuck patterns..
Renae Loring is a spiritual director, trainer, and licensed social work therapist. Her coaching and direction work specializes in the intersection of leadership development and faith as it applies to business, ministry, and family. She served as a pastor at a local church in Broomfield for 13 years and has led ministries for over 20 years. Her zooms will focus on how anxiety impacts our journey with Jesus and leadership, along with time for Q&A and case studies.
Lisa Cuss is a licensed therapist (MA, LPC), speaker, and trainer who is passionate about the intersection of Psychology and Faith. Lisa uses trauma and attachment informed modalities to help people journey through deep pain and stuck places to find more healthy connection within themselves, with others, and with God. Zooms with Lisa will focus on tending to our nervous system in reactivity, noticing parts of self that can keep us stuck, dealing with impact of trauma in the work place and the home place. Zooms will include some teaching with Q&A and case studies.
Ryan Berg is a pastor, board-certified pastoral counselor, and trained Enneagram coach, serving as the executive director of counseling and a counselor for Luma Counseling in Indianapolis, IN. The Capable Life tools have transformed Ryan’s life and the way he fulfills the roles God has called him to since he was introduced to those tools over three years ago. He is now privileged to serve as a Capable Life coach, sharing these tools with others as they strive to be exactly human-sized in the workplace or at home.
