A Gentle On-Ramp into the Work

A Gentle On-Ramp into the Work

Now that enrollment for the Annual Pass has closed, we wanted to pause and speak directly to those who found themselves interested—but not quite ready to step into a full year.

If the Annual Pass wasn’t the right fit for this season, that doesn’t mean the door is closed.

There is still a meaningful way to begin.

Starting Where You Are

Level 1 was designed as a clear, short-term on-ramp into the heart of the work at Capable Life.

It’s for those who want to begin noticing how anxiety, pressure, and reactivity show up in everyday life—and to practice calmer, more present responses in real time. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just honestly and sustainably.

Rather than asking for a year-long commitment, Level 1 creates a focused container to explore the core tools and language that shape everything else we offer.

What Level 1 Includes

When you step into Level 1, you’ll receive:

  • Lifetime access to the Level 1 course and PDF guide
  • Participation in live Level 1 Zoom calls during this season
  • Full access to the Capable Life platform for a limited time

It’s a way to begin with clarity and support—without overextending yourself.

Built with Flexibility in Mind

One important note: if you later decide that the Annual Pass is the right next step, we’ll apply $150 from your Level 1 registration toward the annual membership.

There’s no pressure to decide now. Level 1 stands on its own, and it also integrates naturally into the larger journey if and when you’re ready.

Discernment Matters Here

We’re keeping Level 1 available through Monday, February 2nd for those who need a little more time to listen to their own pace and capacity.

Whatever you choose, we’re grateful for your interest in this work—and for the care you’re taking with yourself as you decide what’s right for this season.

Sometimes the most meaningful step forward is simply choosing a beginning that fits.
